  The only clearance company you need!

  I contacted Elite Clearance after my tenants vacated my property, leaving the garage full of rubbish that needed removing quickly. Spoke with Declan, who was prompt with his responses and polite throughout. The price quoted was exactly what you would expect to pay — competitive and fair. Cannot fault the service and they come highly recommended. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around, I doubt you will find better. Will definitely be using them again once the renovation is complete.

  EICR Condition Report following building renovations.

  Great experience with Safe Elec UK. Spoke with Stephen who arranged the EICR test which was booked in very quickly. The gentleman who conducted the testing was very friendly, very polite and did a great job. Received the condition report the same evening. Will be using them again for another EICR and some more upcoming electrical work. Really impressed and they come highly recommended.
