  Replaced hall floor tiles

  We engaged Lucas from Renova Tiling to fix an issue with loose ceramic tiles on a hall floor. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately which resulted in a new floor being laid. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard for a reasonable price. Lucas is an easy guy to deal with. The only negative was there was still mess for us to clear up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Renova Tiling.

  Internal Painting and Decorating

  We engaged Rainbow to have internal painting and decorating of most of a 4 bedroom detached house. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very reasonable timeframe. The painter, Danny Howard, is a very nice guy, he's very courteous, kept us informed of progress and always tidied up. We're very happy with outcome and would use Rainbow and Danny again in ther future.

  Lintel replacement / Painting / Brickwork / guttering

  Kev and the team did a fantastic job. I can't recommend them highly enough. There were a number of different parts to the job, the biggest being lintel replacement for 8 windows. All of the work was completed on time and to budget. The work was all of a very high standard. Great job, thank you.

  News doors and windows.

  Steve and his team installed 2 doors and 12 replacement UPVC windows. The estimate was received quickly and at a very competitive price. They were able to start the work quickly and it was finished a little earlier than expected. Steve went out of his way to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

  Garage refurbishment.

  Daren and the team did a complete refurbishment of our garage, new roof and wooden front, side and back doors. They did a fantastic job and went beyond our expectations. Their attention to detail was really impressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daren, and are we are already planning to use him again for a future project.

  Repointing and sealing brickwork.

  Wayne did a fabulous job repointing and sealing the brickwork on the south elevation of the house. He was always on time and provided feedback on progress. The job took longer than expected, partly to due enforced bad weather breaks but there was no increase to the original cost. Wayne had previously done some fencing work for us that was also of a high standard. I would highly recommend Handyman On Tap, and Wayne in particular.

  Rubbish removal following garage clearance.

  They cleared various items including an old fridge, barbed wire and a lot of other garage rubbish. The work was done at the time and for the price agreed. No problems at all. I would certainly use them again.

  Guttering, facias and general maintenance.

  We engaged Taylor Property Services to replace all the guttering, fascias and soffits on our converted bungalow.  In addition they completed a number of smaller tasks including electrics, plastering, decorating and tiling. The initial estimate was received quickly and the work started and finished on time, and to budget.  All work was completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them.
