  Garden maintenance

  I had previously used this company to install edgings on my flower beds. It was a good job and I posted a favourable rating. On the back of this I agreed to use them to do garden maintenance and to power hose my patio. One person arrived and after he'd texted to say he was finished I had to call him back as apart from trimming the bushes (but leaving cuttings all over the place) he had done almost nothing else. I have spent hours cleaning mud off my patio furniture and windows and cleaning up cuttings, weeding, collecting flowers that had been blown all over the garden and tidying up.

  Paul responded very quickly to my request and gave me a competitive quote. He prioritised getting me scheduled in and arrived promptly on the day. The work was done beautifully and exceeded my expectations. I will be using Paul for other services based on this experience.

  Fixing a number of issues arising from a faulty mains board set-up

  Lee arrived on time and immediately spotted the problem. He assessed the work required to resolve it, ensured I received a quote and then commenced with doing repairs. He did these rapidly and left the house tidy. I also appreciated the way Lee was very friendly and polite.
