    Boiler service and issue investigation

    I booked Sam for a general service and because I had an intermittent issue with my boiler that needed investigating and repair. It became urgent after I’d booked him because it failed again. Sam recognised the issue and brought the appointment forward three days. He completed the service and used his expertise to determine the root cause, which was outside my property. Although he couldn’t fix it as it wasn’t my responsibility, he brought huge relief by working out what it was so I could get the landlord to resolve it. All at a reasonable price and with a good nature. Very happy.

    Toilet repair

    Fast response once the job was raised. Courteous contact and quickly booked in a reasonable timeframe. Price was fair and everything went to plan on the day. Great service throughout. You get especially worried when a toilet breaks but with this service I needn’t have worried. Will use these guys again.

    Ceiling repair

    I hired Brian to cover and plaster a hole in my apartment ceiling caused by a water leak. As it was a smaller job I had struggled to find a tradesman, but I found Brian and he sorted it quickly. Professional, courteous and a genuinely nice guy. He came to check the work required first so he could quote properly, then finished the job in half a day to a high standard. Competitively quoted. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
