  Job requested on Checkatrade at 8:00am, contacted at 8:05, arrived at 9:30! Issue was found straight away and it needed addressing asap, a quote was offered to which I accepted and the work was carried out there and then! All wrapped up by midday and they left the place clean and tidy. I received before and after pictures on my phone to show what had been done and also a guarantee certificate which was great. Very efficient, thanks again :)
