  Octupus energy required a weight loading structural review of the attic to place a hot water tank

  The company were great. They were quick to follow up my initial inquiry. Emailed but most importantly called me to understand what was acquired. They came out within 48 hours on a Saturday at no extra cost. They sent me a professional report which I need to share with Octupus.They had a follow-up call with me afterwards and a subsequently answered any questions I have regarding the survey and advice. A very professional outfit. Thank you.
