  Less and his assistant were very courteous professional and helpful. Needed additional work to be able to issue landlord has certificate which was quoted and delivered despite Lee's van and tools being stolen after first visit. Despite still awaiting insurance Lee honoured his promise to complete allowing on going rental of the property.
