  Absolutely recommended

  Paul did an amazing job on my mid terrace house. He worked on the front and back. Making good and repairing, then giving it multiple coats of paint. It's a really refreshing change to come across a person who is not only excellent at what they do, but also understands customer service. Communication was great, always arrived on time, very experienced about his craft, did a really good job. I was never left with any uncertainty and would recommend without a shadow of doubt.

  Modest extension with knock-through

  Trying to find reliable builders, then comparing different quotations and estimates can be a daunting experience. With G M Bailey & Sons Ltd I got lucky! I used Checkatrade's find a tradesman feature and Gavin was one of the first handful to contact me. Gavin's no nonsense style, straight talking and sensible pricing won me over. I gave him the architect plans, we discussed some modifications and him and his team just got on with it. Great communication, hard working, pleasant to deal with and a great job done. True professionals. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

  Re-hanging of 3 internal doors.

  Following renovations on the house I was beaten by doors! They kept springing back open when pushed shut. Michael came along to take a look and the job was as good as done. Really pleasant people to deal with and will definitely recommend them to others.

  This was the second time I'd used BWT. Prompt, knowledgeable and quick. They were also very patient after the spraying shorted a hitherto unknown mouse chewed cable.

  I've used Derek on two separate occasions and don't have a single ounce of desire to consider using anyone else. He's friendly, polite, makes helpful suggestions and his work is absolutely brilliant. His assistant works like a man possessed and lugs everything about while Derek gets on with the task in hand. A great working team who leave everything tidy and a smile on my face.

  Simon did a really great job for me! I'm someone who tends to plan and re-plan at the same time, but when I said I wasn't absolutely sure what I was needing this was no problem at all. He made excellent suggestions and was happy to spend time discussing various ideas with me. Simon struck me as a very trustworthy person so when it came to doing the work I just gave him the key and went off to work. He then managed his own time to ensure he was done for when my plumber was booked. The result was so good I had to keep going in there just to have a look around. For the 7th time. That hour! I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending ST Tiling. Even friends and the plumber commented on what an excellent job he'd done.
