  From start to finish Luke has been amazing. The initial conversations, advice, paperwork and patience throughout have been outstanding and the quality and professionalism of his work is a pleasure to see. I needed the rear projection wall of a rented victorian terrace repointing as it had previously been painted and was showing signs of damp. It had also developed a crack in the existing cement mortar. Luke advised me on all aspects of the job and helped with sourcing a paint removal company. He sent videos daily of the work and progress and put myself and my tenant at ease from day 1. A++++
