  I had purchased a new kitchen mixer tap and needed that fitted promptly. 1st Response provided a fair quote and could do the work quickly. Very courteous service with the work being carried out very neatly and also removed all the packaging waste afterwards. I now have a shiny new drip-free tap thank you!

  Relocating furniture within property

  I needed 3 items of antique furniture moved to the first floor of the house from the driveway. Each being the size of a large chest of drawers and made of mahogany, they were very heavy. Elite gave a very fair quote and were able to do the job when it suited us They arrived promptly and although moving antique furniture is not their usual business, John and Allan were most careful and considerate with both the furniture and our staircase especially considering the difficulty of the extreme weight. They were very polite and completed the job in half an hour - money very well earned. Thank you!

  Bedroom carpet

  Barry responded quickly to my initial job request and gave a clear costing from the beginning. Even though the job was not desperately urgent, within a week we had arranged a fitting date (we already had the carpet) and he arrived promptly on time. He and a colleague had to fit underlay and carpet in a large bedroom and after 20 minutes the underlay was down and the whole job was completed in about an hour. Very professional, courteous, fast, reasonably priced and an impressive end result - we couldn't ask for anything else! Thank you Barry.
