  Cetin has been brilliant from start to finish. He provided a very reasonable quote and came out to review / agree a revised timeline when circumstances changed (we took up our carpet to find a massive slab of concrete where the old fireplace had been!). We were unable to be home for most of the time but felt comfortable to leave Cetin a key. He always left the house tidy, despite it being a messy job. Very pleased with the results. It looks fab!
