  Freddie and his colleague did an excellent job repairing our chimney - he took pictures at different stages to show the work, was polite, tidy and a more competitive quote than others. His quote was itemised and clear and we knew exactly what we were paying for.

  Extractor fan in bathroom, light fitted

  The quote was misleading and included the use of a tower scaffold which was not needed. This item was listed on the quote as and such we understood that £200 or so of the quote was for this item. We queried this when it was not used and so the dispute arose. The work itself was satisfactory.

  Pollard lime tree and cut back privet hedge.

  Jack and his team have undertaken 2 jobs for us - one cutting back an overgrown privet hedge and the other pollarding our lime tree in the front garden. On both occasions the team made sure that they worked around existing planting and managed to do an excellent job in quite cramped and tricky conditions.
