  Replace tiled roof with flat rubber roof

  My wife and I are devastated we trusted this company with our home. The installed roof leaks more than it did before. Guarantee not honoured and vanished with our money. 1) there are multiple spots where the rubber hasn’t been cut, shaped and sealed properly 2) the rubber is lifting due to incorrect application of adhesive 3) the existing drain that was working fine was covered without any replacement drainage 4) membrane penetrated with approx 30 screws rather than reinstall the solar panels correctly. Ordered materials via another company, requested payment to someone other than owner.

  Mark was proactive in his communication, turned up when he said he would, was very considerate in his manner around our house and did a wonderful job. He gave us some great advice on aftercare of the tiles. Will certainly be offering him more work. Thanks Mark!
