  James and his colleague were very approachable and friendly. Arranging a date and time for the work to be carried out was seamless and he was quick to reply on the phone. They were able to get the jobs done in a timely manner without causing a mess.

  Absolute Lifesaver - Saniflow Expert

  Carl is absolutely amazing. The outflow pipe in my saniflow had been blocked. This, unfortunately, led to a series of unfortunate events where the initial plumber I called (who was part of plumbing insurance) could not fix and another plumbing company (which I cannot mention the name of) said would require my whole plumbing re-done. Desperate to find a solution, I finally contacted the sellers of my flat whom recommended Carl to me! Carl knew exactly what he was doing and cleared all the pipes. He solved the problem that previous plumbers took multiple visits to 'attempt this' in 2 hours!

  Joe was excellent. Very friendly and approachable. He is meticulous and ensures the job is done well at a fair price. I've asked Joe for his help several times now and he is always quick to reply and easy to speak with. He also makes sure to keep everything neat and tidy. I am glad to have found such a reliable and good painter/decorator, and I will definitely use his services again in the future!
