  Washing machine wouldn't spin. He very quickly identified the problem (worm out copper bushings) and quoted a fair price for repair. The job was done immediately upon agreement and within an hour of arrival at the property. Would strongly recommend.

  Workmanship was of high quality. However, we booked the work for the day before, but due to a previous job overrunning, they were unable to get to us as planned. Communication was poor in this regard; we only got updates when we called the company to ask. Due to resultant change in engineer, the work had to be re-discussed.
