  So glad this business reached out! I had water running down the wall from a broken gutter, and he offered to stop by on his way to another job to take a look. He came the next morning, fixed the problem straight away, and even pointed out issues on the front guttering that were about to fail. Professional, helpful, and reliable — I’d highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. Good at comms and setting expectations.

  Repointing due to leaking window

  So due to the weather, the work I needed had to be rescheduled - communication was kept by the team in email and follow-up calls which was great as I have had it in the past where time lapses a few weeks and then builders move onto other jobs. Two people came yesterday and were really nice people. Done in about half a day. They removed all the worn pointing, cleaned it up and repointed it. They both cleaned up and washed down the walls and windows before leaving. Would easily pickup the phone for jobs again. Thanks very much.

  Kitchen Wall Re-pointing

  Doug has been amazing with communications which is hard to find. I haven't had the job completed yet due to the weather/rain. Doug has been keeping me up to date with timescales / dates and options. Thought this be useful.
