  Refurbishment of bathroom

  Great work, efficiently completed and bathroom left clean. Helpful advice was also given. He was also happy to return after the vinyl fitters had left to complete fitting the bath panel. An issue with the water tank in the loft was also fixed at no extra cost. I'm happy and would recommend.

  Replacing window mechanism

  The job was done well although the date was changed several times due to them mixing up days and then illness. However, I was kept well informed and I was happy with the work done. My only tiny niggle was finding the replaced mechanism out in the garden later - I presume it just got forgotten. All round, I was satisfied with the end result and would use them again.

  A good job, speedily done. They were a couple of hours late arriving due to a puncture, but they rang twice and kept me fully informed, so I can't fault them. The whole job was completed in an hour.

  Mike was reliable, friendly, accurate in his quote, speedy to reply and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would definitely use him again if the need arises. (He also made friends with my curious dog who watched his every move, which is a big plus for me)

  Advice about out of date wiring in heating / hot water controller

  Came to look at controller and give me advice about the most cost-effective way of dealing with the problem. He brought a colleague who was a specialist in control systems and they were both extremely helpful and friendly - brilliant service and I will definitely be using in the future.
