  Bedroom ceilings painted and other areas touched up after tenant vacated

  We found Colin on Check a Trader after a tenant left some issues with our house in GL1. Colin was reliable, turned up when he said he would and did the job in the timeframe agreed. Colin’s work was to an excellent standard and he cleaned up after himself and left no mess or spills. Colin also charged a very reasonable price for his work. I’d recommend Colin 100%. He is a professional and courteous man you can trust in your house and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  Chimney and roofing work

  Jer was really knowledgeable and answered all my queries before quote was accepted and communicated with me about the job when necessary from start to finish. He liaised with the rental agent for me to gain access and did a really good job, supplying me photos of finished work. I am really pleased with the job and have no hesitation recommending him.
