  MF Rendering in touch quickly and out to look at job and provide quote, they were friendly and helpful. Only delays caused by problems getting the colour we wanted and by the weather. The finished work looks great and we are very happy with it.

  Replacement stair handrail

  Liam provided a quote quickly and arranged to carry out the job. He had some problems sourcing the type of rail we wanted but went to a lot of effort to get it for us. He got stuck into the job, his workmanship was very good and the new rail is excellent. We would definitely have him back in future.

  New fencing and patio

  Allan was out promptly to look at the job and gave good advice/suggestions. Work has just been completed, the team were great - worked very hard (at times in poor weather) and were cheerful and friendly throughout. The patio and fencing look great, workmanship was excellent and everything was left tidy when they finished. Would definitely recommend Sterling Paving.

  Replacing fascia boards, soffits and guttering

  The work carried out was satisfactory. After they left we discovered a broken tile on the porch. We contacted them and they strongly denied they were responsible. We were waiting for a call from the boss when the workmen returned. They were adamant they were not to blame but did replace the broken tile for us.

  Replace taps and seal around bath

  Visit arranged within a couple of days of ringing. Dan arrived when he promised, he worked hard as the job was more difficult than expected. He did a good job and tidied up when finished. Would definitely get him back for other jobs in future.
