  Haydn immediately called me after the job was posted. With one phone call the quote was sorted. The work was completed later the same week. Haydn’s work is top notch. He works quickly and properly cleans up after. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. He’s already quoting for another project. I would highly recommend him

  Poor communication

  I contacted Scott on here 4th September and he replied by email on 22nd September. He visited on 29th September and we reviewed the work to be done. I checked in with him on 7th October and he wrote that he was concerned about my expectations and never responded to my follow-up email. He never expressed any concerns in our meeting which would have been the best opportunity to. Just be upstanding and stay that you don't want to do the work. It's really that simple. I would not recommend.

  Design, build and install a new staircase using a hardwood and powder coated steel spindles

  Christian's passion for design and aesthetics is balanced by his craftsmanship. He presented us with a few design options which fit into our budget. When it came to choosing the hardwood, we went to a north London woodyard where I could see all the options. In the end, with Christian's guidance, I choose Yew–a real beauty! Christian worked with the metal fabricators to get the spindles perfect. Once the installation started, Christian worked around our schedules. The finished staircase is stunning–a work of art! Everyone gasps when they see the staircase. Highly recommended. Thanks Christian!
