  Called promptly after I created the job, booked in for the same evening, arrived as expected, completed the work and explained what was done and what to do if there were any problems, and sent invoice later in the evening. Very pleased to have the issue resolved so quickly.

  Visited to get an idea of the work needed really quickly after initial contact, provided quotes the following day, these were split in a way that meant the work could be broken up in chunks to be more affordable for me. All work was carried out on time with minimal disruption to me and looks great when finished. Highly recommend.

  Dan was really quick to schedule in the EICR, and when he couldn’t issue the certificate straight away he gave me a call and a full description so I could understand the changes needed, and went back a week later to remedy them. Really good communication and timeliness
