  Front room/hallway - refurb

  Paul and Dom were fantastic from the very first visit on a Saturday through to completing the work. They were always prompt, carried out everything to a very high standard, and kept us well informed throughout, especially when any issues came up while we were staying elsewhere. They completed plastering in the front room and hallway, fitted new skirting boards, hung new doors and laid the flooring. We are really pleased with the finish and overall quality of the work. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

  Removal of light, plug socket and replacement box covering in our outhouse

  BE Electrics contacted very quickly after my request and was available to attend the next day but we had other builders in so came a few days later. They turned up on time, were polite and tidied up after themselves. There was a few extra bits of work to be done which they are fine about. Previous owners had some electrics wired oddly and they spent time trying to locate where the wiring was going into the safely disconnect. I highly recommend and I would use them again for other electric work.

  Remove of floor tiles and install tiles behind the sink

  Lloyd responded to a checkatrade query, spoke over the phone and he was able to use photos to provide me with a quote. He was able to book me in quickly which aligned to when the new flooring was being put down. Lloyd messaged me the day before to confirm the time he would arrive. Arrived on time, did a great job removing the tiles and installing new ones and was polite and courteous. Would recommend and use again.

  Replacement guttering

  Great service, the project manager turned up on time and swiftly gave me a quote which was reasonable. The work was completed the next week, was delayed by a day because of the weather which was understandable and I was kept up the date. The guys who replaced the guttering came across an issue but were able to resolve and my guttering now doesn’t leak. Everyone was polite, courteous and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Block up fireplace and plaster

  Company were able to send a project manager the day after requesting a quote. Price was reasonable and agreed for work to be done which was scheduled in two weeks later. Fireplace blocked up on the first day and plastered on the second day. Both men were polite and tidied up any mess. Very happy with the outcome. Would use them again.

  Replacement bathroom suite and tiling

  Carl had refitted our bathroom including plastering the room, tiling the bath area, plumbing a new bathroom suite, installing a towel rail and tiling the floor. The bathroom is perfect and exactly how I asked for. Carl is courteous, helpful and clears up he even offered for his rubbish clearance to remove our own rubbish from our driveway. The little touches such as using tiles to cover pipes made the bathroom even better. Would use Carl again and highly recommend him

  Power rewire and kitchen works

  Contacted Scott as we wanted a quote for more plug sockets, lights changed and our electrics looked at as half our plug sockets stopped working. Scott came to the property 3 days later and we agreed on a power rewire, he was able to start the same week and rewire upstairs plug sockets and have wire ready for downstairs before our carpets were due to be fitted. Fantastic job completed by Scott who was courteous, provided updates on the progress via phone as we were not always present at the property and tidied up. Would recommend Scott and use him again for any further electrical work.
