  I would not hesitate to book Westway in. Gavin came round as soon as I put the receiver down and on a Saturday to check what I had as a drainage problem up teen others had seen and given me bad advice over and solutions for. He told me what his team could do to fix it and they came on the Monday and Tuesday early to relocate my toilet stack and tidy up some very bad piping runs outside the wall to my garden. I'd been living with this problem for 7 years and it was dealt with so effectively and to a high standard. I couldn't believe the relief I felt when it had all been redone for me. Top team

  To re-lead section of main roof and repair felting on a small pitched roof

  Very disappointed Even though these guys came quickly, I paid over 700 pounds for what are poor works. The main roof repair area flooded from rainfall last night. The other chimney stack dripped water onto the boards below. This they supposedly repaired. The pitched roof work made the area worse and it now constantly leaks in one corner of a window. The roofer came back to repair the small roof work he'd previously did but what he has redone has made it become worse. After an exchange of texts to get him to come back, seeking advice about the works done, it was really poor work.

  Power flush and leaving chemicals in rads

  Excellent work done - they were on time, gave a very competitively priced quote, very helpful and great communicators throughout the job. They even double checked the boiler was fit for purpose. They did the job for my parents who are an elderly couple and they were very reassuring.
