  Hot water breakdown.

  No hot water, along with a small leak. Rhys attended and changed the immersion heather element in the tank (the leak was from the seal). He was quick, and I was pleased to see no mess left behind. Cost was reasonable, and more importantly wasn't a surprise at the end. I'd would use again, in fact I am keeping the number
