  Dazzling.

  Elvis did a very good painting work on a couple of rooms including wainskirting. Totally new look, appearance and bright colour, especially the lounge, lol. :) Used good cover sheeting on floors and over some furniture. Very Professional work carried out and tidied up also plus appreciated overall and bit extra done. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

  New Aerial Installation.

  Required new up to date Aerial and connection cable as decades old and in poor condition had water inside it. Much better Aerial and polite tradesman. Very happy with work done and checking on TV after for reception channels ok. Thank you.

  Raised Garden Beds

  Rays Dad and Tristan did outstanding work on my garden on putting in raised beds and from the garden slope. Absolutely very happy and pleased on the work done and new look. Some little tough areas in digging but very well managed and tackled. Communication from Ray on things very good and the whole team polite and caring. Really appreciate the work done to enhance the garden for completion with plants. No mess left behind and tidied. I would definitely recommend Roks Landscapes and thank them all.

  Raised Garden Beds

  Basically turned up on Monday 10th June 2024 to start work. Only himself there. Said he had to cancel the skip. Waited a month for him to start then. Bit miffed on no work start. Told he would contact me as away next week in Suffolk. Then email saying start work in July. Very badly let down overall. I then send email to cancel. He replies "I will let you know how much my timber yard charge for cancellation."

  Front lawn.

  Tom and other work guy, dug up old front lawn full of weeds etc and laid new grass turf and artificial strip on one side. Excellent work job done and very happy on it. Polite and left no mess. Would recommend.

  One excuse after another.

  Just been called. Sorry can't come as scheduled at 5pm, can rearrange for Friday evening, sorry, again, as reschedule yet again etc etc. Not good enough, abysmal customer service, re arranged 3 times this week. Have text msgs proof. Excuses after excuses, pregnant wife, sports day, I have 2 pricing jobs in Chelmsford so can see you then, but then cancel 10mins before 5pm appointment. Disgraceful, no trust, messed around, deserve the work done for free.

  Ceiling painted

  "Very impressed by quality of work carried out by Paul and Sam on ceiling painted and round the edges. Having had it plastered and new boards, the final touch was completed by EPDS. Totally new ceiling overall and extremely happy and well done by them on very professional painting. Polite and would recommend to others.

  New Lounge ceiling and Plastering.

  Gavin did excellent work and very professionally and plastering finish is so smooth and level. Very polite and on time both days and despite mess from ceiling falling down, tidying up at end of day leaving no mess behind. Extremely happy with the work done and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Gavin to others.

  New turf lawn and borders.

  Very pleased with the work carried out. New turfed lawn and flower borders areas enriched with topsoil mixture and under lawn. Emma did great job and with a couple of guys later in to finish.
