  On Monday arranged a site visit for the following day 12-1pm to check my leaking roof. After waiting until 1.30pm and no message, I called. Was given no explanation for failure to turn up, was advised he could get to my place within 20 mins but did not turn up, no message.. Unreliable, wasted my afternoon waiting for a no-show.
