  The initial call to get a plumber was efficient and the job was attended quickly. However, when there was a slight problem afterwards getting back through to anyone was not easy. They immediately put me on hold and it took ages to get through, hanging on for 20mins at a time. I rang 3 times as well. I also feel the person answering the phone barely let me open my mouth before putting me on hold-no indication of how long it would take to answer and didn't listen to what had gone wrong. The plumber was helpful and efficient, the aftercare not so much so

  Replace old concrete and pathway

  This would be a 5* review, the quality of the work was great, but unfortunately our gates were damaged by their work van reversing into them-accidents happen- but despite repeated promises to come and repair them, no one has turned up. Our gate key has not been returned either. I also expected a receipt for my cash payment, none has been forthcoming.
