  Gas safety check and boiler service

  Duncan did a pre purchase gas safety check, boiler service and test of water system. He was very thorough and sent over certificates the same day with emails and messages to explain his findings. He was also available for me to ask questions over the phone. Duncan sent a clear quote itemising each part of the remedial works. Excellent service with great communication. I would highly recommend.
