  We contacted Justin in the hope our job could be completed at short notice. Even though he was busy, he managed to visit within the week to complete the work. His communication and workmanship was excellent and I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

  Justin was on time on both days. He put up some coving on a corner that needed redoing and plastered our lounge/diner. Even though it's still drying you can see it's a brilliant job. He's highly skilled, works quickly but to a high standard and on top of that a friendly, polite guy. Planning to use him again for future jobs.

  Tiled new bathroom

  Never on time, I had to chase on numerous occasions to see if they were still coming, used the excuse a few times that his phone had run out of battery. Poor workmanship throughout due to lack of attention to detail. Gaps in grouting which they come back to rectify. Incorrect size trim used which was badly cut and hole cut too big in tile for shower unit, also damage to newly plastered ceiling and shower tray - offered to rectify issues which we turned down as lost all confidence in their ability. After a third way through the job we decided to find another tiler to finish the work.

  Electrics for new shower and bathroom mirror

  We have used Joel a few times over the last couple of years and wouldn't use anyone else. He is always on time, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Without asking he took it upon himself to fix a problem we had hanging our bathroom mirror, thank you.
