  Extremely professional guys. Came to understand placement of light and how it would be hooked up to electrics before returning a few days later to complete the task. Very polite, knowledgable and efficient. A great job done, all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

  Remove a kitchen unit and install an integrated dishwasher

  I booked AM (London) Maintenance in to install an integrated dishwasher where there wasn’t one before. Work required removing a fitted kitchen base unit, plumbing the dishwasher in, and subsequently repurposing the unit door to attach to the integrated dishwasher on a sliding mechanism. Aydin turned up on time, was extremely polite and courteous, talked me through best options, and completed the work to a superb standard. The dishwasher fits/integrates perfectly and you wouldn’t even think it’s been retrofitted. Would definitely use this company again.

  Rendering and painting of 1950s bungalow

  What a find! Despite receiving quotes from around a dozen different plasterers, we were fully sold on using Smooth Plastering Services after meeting Drew when he came to provide a quote. Drew’s expertise, workmanship, punctuality, attention to detail, and manners are second to none. He and his colleague did an amazing job considering what he was faced with and made the bungalow look like new again. He truly went above and beyond. We can’t wait ti request more work to be done. We highly recommend this company.
