  Dealing with a misunderstanding in a helpul & courteous manner.

  Despite a mistake over two different bookings, when Mr Gore arrived expecting to repair a washing machine and I expected a plumber. Mr Gore did his best to dry out a leaking hot water cylinder (not his area of expertise) to make it safe for me. He did not ask for a call-out charge, which he was entitled to do, but genuinely desired to help me. There aren't many like him out there: a good man. I would recommend highly.
