  They gave me a free roofing report, using a drone to show me the condition of my roof, and then they gave me the best quote for refixing loose tiles, removing a satellite dish and re-laying the roof ridge. Even though my house is on a steep hill and it was a cold windy winter day, they came and did the job without complaints. Very friendly and professional. As far as I can tell, they did a very good job though obviously time will tell. I'd definitely recommend this company.

  Tap fitting, pipe removal and gas exhaust extension

  They came and looked at the work and turned up the following day to do it. They were able to do two of the three jobs, but not the gas exhaust extension. They said they'd get back to me about a way to do it but never did unfortunately. It was supposed to be about £700 for all three jobs which was reasonable, but with only two of the three jobs done I was charged nearly £600, so it seems I was charged the work for all three jobs with only two done. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the work.
