  Tom and his team worked very hard through the day. However, not all the debris was taken away and our waste bin was left filled up.

  Complete repair and restoration of stonework and patch pointing

  Promised to complete in 3-4 wks but took 8 wks. Repairs not completed and clearly unskilled stonemasons, judging by the finish on the stone with disc marks damage everywhere. Damaged neighbour’s stone adjoining to ours, left gaps between the stone and the windows, letting in water internally and left whole area in a mess. Urgent things rectified at our own cost. They refused to fill the gaps in the pointing that they created, causing damp and mould internally due to rainwater getting in over several weeks. Costs to rectify above is 3x the quote value, plus the stress and inconvenience.

  Cleaning sofa

  The communication was difficult to get the job booked and also then to get a receipt at the end of the job. I still do not have the receipt and i need it as the sofa is in a tenanted property. However, the most important aspect was that the sofa was cleaned very well and they removed all stains bar one.
