  Loft pipe leaking

  Luke was quick to reply and get round to sorting our loft pipe and replaced the necessary part there and then. He was upfront with the price and cleaned up any mess from the work. I would highly recommend using B&I and I will be using them again if needed in future. Thank you!

  Ball valve needed replacing on the water tank

  Identified the problem quickly and was able to complete the work within an hour. The cost was quoted for upfront and was very reasonable. Friendly and had no issue quoting and looking into another plumbing issue there and then. I would highly recommend using Hughes heating.

  Bathroom light pull cord replacement

  Our bathroom light pull cord stopped working and within 24 hours Steve had come round and fixed it for us at a very reasonable price. He was polite, tidy and has done a good job of replacing the light source and filling in around where the old one was. Steve was kind to my very friendly toddler and I would definitely use him again.

  Investigating sparking noise from plug socket and replacement

  Brilliant,fast, reliable, friendly and professional. He came out to us so quickly on a Sunday bank holiday after we panicked hearing a spark noise from one of our plug sockets. Was with us within 15 minutes. HIGHLY recommend. I only wish I had a bigger tip to give him!! Thank you so much!

  Fitting blinds

  Efficient and great quality work completed despite the house having metal lintels making the job more complex and time consuming. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and quote was correct.
