  Alfie and his colleague were efficient and communicated clearly throughout the job. When the need for additional work was discovered, Alfie provided detailed estimates so we could research alternative quotes without pressure. A good, reasonably priced, and reliable service.

  Trace and repair intermittent fault.

  Aaron is a skilled and courteous electrician who worked efficiently to trace and remedy an intermittent fault. He carried out a thorough electrical survey and implemented a safe and cost-effective remedy for one of the ring mains. He replaced a set of substandard ceiling lights and also, at our request, installed a modern consumer unit with individual RCBOs. He worked hard, staying late on all three days — but only charged us what he had originally quoted. I was impressed that he chose not to answer or use his mobile phone so he could prioritise our work over possible new bookings. Excellent!
