  Jason was excellent about updating me regarding the work and the implications of any issues, so I was able to make informed decisions about this in relation to cost and appearance. The work was of very high quality, and neighbours have asked about who did the work. Due to another job taking longer than anticipated, the work was delayed by a week; however, Jason informed me about this over a week in advance, so there was no last-minute no-show. I would definitely use again for other jobs.

  Arrived promptly - gave a helpful assessment of the situation and suggestions about how to proceed, with a reasonable quote for work. I did not pursue this initially as I have decided to attend to outside work contributing to the damp issue initially. I would definitely consider using I Want Damp Proofing in the future.

  Glen came out on a Sunday and spent a significant amount of time assessing the situation and possible causes. This resulted in him advising that damp proofing was not the primary issue at this stage and highlighted several factors to be addressed by other trades before considering damp proofing. Glen also looked at other areas of the flat where there have been issues and spent time providing clear explanations and outlining options to address these. As a result, I did not need to contract Glen to complete any work at this point, but would not hesitate to do so in the future.
