  Artan installed two awnings for me. I chose him over cheaper installers because he assured me the work would be carried out professionally and with a guarantee. Unfortunately, the work fell well short of those expectations. In summary, two of the bolts were left untightened and several washers were left on the ground. The angle of the awning was not adjusted because he did not have the correct tool. Within the space of three hours he had to visit a hardware shop twice because he lacked the necessary equipment. There was also no attempt to tidy the work area; aside from the dust from drilling

  repainted the whole house

  Very good!! Mema was going to paint my upstairs, but my son's house was an urgent job. Mema started and finished this week!!! That was super fast and very good indeed. The house looks lovely Now I am waiting for Mema to paint my 2 bedrooms, as good as he did the other house. Thanks Mema

  New slabs on existing patio, easy job

  The worst job that was ever done at any of my properties. Shockingly bad, not finished, debris thrown behind the fence...sheer horror. Needs to be ripped apart and done properly by a true tradesman. the slabs themselves are lovely, but how they were put down is beyond bad.

  He made me cry. I am an old woman and he took advantage of it. I had many many tradesmen working for me in my life but nobody treated me so badly. He took the money, promised to come back to finish the job, but disappeared. He blocked my number, did not reply to messages on this site. The job is not finished, tonnes of rubbish left behind and worst of all what he did is awful. it should be ripped off and done again. But I am most hurt how he treated me. I trusted him, gave him keys to the garden, gave him expensive tool as present, gave him money each time he asked. he had no reason to treat

  Boiler was mulfunctoning

  Niall is a very professional and knowledgable person. Three other plumbers recommended a new boiler. Niall found the faulty part, ordered and new one and repaired the boiler for less than £200. He also repaired some leaking pipes, carried out gas safety check. All quality work
