  I had Bogdan and his brother in to install some picture rails, skirting boards, door architraves, doors and one or two odd jobs. He was pleasant to deal with. I wanted to buy all the materials myself to reduce the cost and to make sure I got what I wanted and he was very happy to give advice and seemed knowledgable when he provided it. He even did a small additional job that arose during the day and came back a few days after the job to shave down the doors a bit more as we were getting carpet fitted. Arrived on time and was very efficient. Pleased with the result

  Skimming bedroom with holes in wall. 17ftx14ft, ~9.5ft high, cupboard in wall above door

  We initially just wanted to plaster the space between the skirting board & picture rail. Upon arrival, this was changed to removal of skirting boards & picture rails plus some additional plastering for the cupboard on top of the door. Originally £855 over 3 days, changed to £2,300 over 6 days. Told him I'd take advice on the price & later queried why the increase of almost 3x. He said was because he needed to work full instead of half days (3 days done so far, he arrived after 10am & left before 2pm). Final price was £2,100. Good job done. Not straightforward, complained alot & not that tidy
