  Exterior painting

  They did not allow the paint to dry properly and now I have sash windows which no longer open. They are claiming that the mechanisms are at fault but this is not true- they all opened fully beforehand and the painters would not have been able to paint them without opening them. The photo shows where paint has been torn off the surface after we opened the window after it was stuck due to wet paint. Incredibly disappointing.
