  Removal of damaged ceramic hob and installation of a replacement

  I contacted company with an urgent request to have our damaged caramic hob removed and the replacement hob to be installed. I was offered a date a few days hence, along with a detailed written quote for the job, which I accepted, although I would have preferred to have it done sooner. Luckily, I was contacted again by the company, offering me an immediate appointment as a slot had become available, with an electrician working locally. I accepted, I was given the name of the person who would be attending and I was very happy with the installation that Chris completed.
