  Kevin replied promptly and was flexible booking in a date/time for the work. He checked the state of the wood, trimmed and shape the door for a better fit and re-attached the hinges. He was polite, friendly and offered advice throughout. Kevin took the time to clean up afterwards.

  Leon was in touch promptly and went out of his way to book the job in at a time/date that suited me. The fittings are tidy and seem secure. Moreover, he explained each part of the job, offering advice and guidance throughout.

  Whole flat deep clean

  Leonardo was in touch quickly and was both flexible and patient in booking and accommodating the cleaning job. The whole flat has undergone a deep clean, including: carpet and upholstery cleaning; oven cleaning; balcony cleaning. The job has been conducted to a high standard and I would consider using the team again. The only error seems to be a mark on a kitchen surface left by leaked oven cleaner but otherwise a near perfect job.

  Light fitting check

  Very fast and clear communication. Came and checked a light fitting that was buzzing. Checked wiring and sockets but Identified that the previous electrician/installer had attached incompatible lightbulbs. Recommended I try suitable bulbs before any further action. As a result, didn’t charge a fee even for the call out and checks.
