  Removing old radiator, sourcing and installing new one.

  Ben was prompt, efficient and reliable. He kept us informed of what he was going to do and what might have to be done in a worst case scenario. He collected the radiator and fitted it after removing the old one. He was knowledgeable and polite. Would heartily recommend.

  From the minute that Ben came to talk through the quote, we were put completely at ease. He was very clear what could & couldn’t be done & his quote was competitive. Ben arrived on time every day & completed the job brilliantly, keeping me informed every step of the way. When small problems arose, he solved them, e.g. a stump in the way, he removed it & even took it away. He left the area tidy every night & at the end of the job, it was pristine! He works with the principle that it should be like his own garden & even replaced several pieces of wood in the fence that he wasn’t happy with.
