  The 2 guys were very polite, tidy and accurate. They worked hard on the job and let us know what they were doing. However, we feel they could have been more thorough in their preparatory work.

  Replacing leaking kitchen mixer tap.

  He was very business-like, got on with the job quickly. The only negative was that he said initially he would come between 4pm and 5pm, but came not long after 8pm, and I had to ring him to find out when he expected to come. He charged us the same figure as the original quote.

  Roof leak

  George was a bit late arriving, but the traffic around Oxford is very bad, with the Botley Road cut at the station. He made a temporary repair to leaky flashing around a ventilation outlet, but also pointed out problems likely in future with a visual inspection from within the roof and the use of a small drone to show the condition of the roof. He showed us the video.
