  Richard was very helpful today. He answered the message very quickly and he was at home within 2 hours of contacting him. He came well prepared and fix my problem with a valve and installed the water filter. Very pleased with the job.

  James was very polite and accommodating. He understood when my shift in the hospital got changed last minute and I forgot to call him to reschedule the appointment. He did a brilliant job, when I called him to reschedule a couple of weeks after. He was very tidy and very efficient. Very happy with the job.
