  needed the floorboards lifted to inspect a potential leak

  Tiago and his mate came to help lift the hallwqy floorboards to help me look for a potential leak. They were on time, super helpful and left the hallway looking like nothing ever happened. Very pleased with their work.

  Put insulate render on an existing render

  Existing render was cracking. No cavity wall, the render sat directly on top of the blockwork. To repair the crack I decided to put insulated render on top of the existing cracking one. Had 4 companies around to assess the work and give me a quote. Volkan was the only one who checked if I had enough window cill to add more cm to the external wall. He was also the only one that seemed to know what he was talking about. Not many crews can do insulated render. Him and his crew really knew what they were doing. They were quick, professional and very efficient.
