  Initially happy but now disappointed

  Initially we were happy until we took a closer look the following day, unfortunately the quality of the work was not the best. Door handles were covered in paint, windows had paint on them, parts of the woodwork were missed and paint was found in our carpet and all over our front patio. I have had to touch up the woodwork myself afterwards and spent a day resolving issues and cleaning. The wallpapering done was spot on, but the actual paintwork is not of the quality I expected when hiring a professional. I think an extra day to prep/snag would have helped massively.

  My emergency breakdown insurance sent out MetroPlumb to investigate the cause of a hot water leak and repair. Great work, kept me informed throughout and got the job done. Would recommend.

  Wooden flooring to living room

  Quoted for my floor to be levelled and laminate fitted. Fitter was polite, courteous and worked hard. Job was supposed to be two days but ended up being three days as my floor was really uneven and needed compound to level it, wasn't an issue however floor still has evident dips throughout the room. After service is pretty bad, emails ignored and issue batted off. Constantly chased for it to be looked at before we had sofas delivered so any issues could be sorted but concerns were ignored.
