  Nice fitters but stressful admin not worth jt

  WAITING FOR PARTIAL REFUND Paid for 6 foot panels to be installed in 4 foot concrete posts with extension toppers and the gaps being filled in. The lads who installed the panels were nice but they'd not been told about the extension toppers so they didn't pick any up. Spoke to the guy who runs everything and he said they'd come back over and fit the toppers the next week. I paid him the full amount and 7 WEEKS LATER they've not come back to fit the toppers. Counted and we have arranged 13 different days that they were going to fit the toppers BUT THEY HAVENT TURNED UP ONCE.

  Tree down, fence up

  I needed a huge, fallen and decaying tree removed so that a fence panel could be put in. Jimmy's price was super reasonable and they carried out the work quickly and neatly. They even put my fence panel in for me afterwards! Will 100% use them again (as I have some trees that need cutting back).

  Filling hole and repointing

  Had a few external holes in my brickwork following removal of some heaters/fireplaces. These needed filling in and I neeeded a bit of repointing too. Ryan arranged for the work to be completed very quickly and kept me updated with pictures. Their work looks excellent to me and I will be using Mcr Pointing in the future for additional repointing.

  Very flexible on dates and times, which I really appreciated. Windows looking better than before and seems like the problem has been resolved. Very reasonably priced!
