  Home AC install

  We've just had CM Cooling Control install aircon in our house. The work was completed to a very high standard and the installation looks very neat. They cleaned up any mess as they went along and left everything very tidy The system both heats and cools. We are looking forward to the summer and being able to work and sleep in comfort now thanks Luke and team.

  Replace kitchen mixer tap and undersink plumbing.

  Sam provided me with a clear estimate after asking for photos so he could access the work needed. He arrived at the agreed time and started work right away. He made a great job of replacing all the undersink pipework which was a mess and found that the soil outlet wasn't aligned correctly and was nearly blocked up. He sorted this and also noti ed that the washing machine outlet wasn't connected properly and rectified that aswell. We now have shiny new mixer tap and the pipework is now new and neat and tidy with new isolation valves and no longer need a bowl under the sink to catch water.

  Clearing of gutters on house

  Adrian did a great job on my house. He arrived on time and was polite and professional. He surveyed the gutters by camera and showed me the debris and dirt using the photos he took. We recently had heavy rain and the gutter at the front of our property over flowed. He discovered the downpipe at the front of the house was completely blocked. I had booked to have the facia cleaned too but rather than just charging me Adrian advised me that they were painted board rather than UPVC so they probably wouldn't clean up that well. If you have a gutter problem he's the guy to call in.
