  Would highly recommend

  My tenant reported that her integrated fridge freezer had broken down. Samad was able to go and diagnose the issue within a couple of days. He attended twice in the space of three days and the problem was resolved by the end of the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and can highly recommend this company. Nothing is too much trouble and Samad is reliable and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your assistance with this. It’s so appreciated.

  Fault with washing machine

  My tenant alerted me to a problem with the washing machine. Each time they tried to use it, it caused the mains to trip. I called Wayne and he was able to go out and take a look as soon as he could. The problem was fixed a day later. My tenant spoke highly of Wayne and was relieved to have the washing machine functioning again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will use Wayne’s services again should the need arise. Very reasonable prices, great communication and very reliable. Nice work Wayne!

  Several jobs in my rental property

  I had a list of various jobs I needed doing including making good a wall that had sustained damage, fixing the front door lock and changing a shower fixing, among other jobs. I had a deadline and Keith completed all work required. He did the work in a timely manner, was thorough, friendly and reasonably priced. He really knows his stuff. Great job all round. Will highly recommend. Keith’s a good ‘un!

  Replacing bathroom lighting

  The lighting in my tenant’s bathroom had stopped working so I called Justin. He was able to come and fix the problem at a time that suited my tenant. He has great communication, is reliable and really reasonably priced. Great job! I would recommend to everyone.

  Mould treatment, painting and flooring in bathroom

  I am so grateful to Dharminder for helping me with my rental property. I needed work done in the bathroom and he was able to attend the property when it was convenient for the tenant. His communication was excellent, he is courteous and hard working and extremely reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

  Replastering, retiling and reinstallation of bath after mould problem

  Ryan massively helped me out when there was a mould problem in my property. He quoted me a really good price, and could fit the work in when it was convenient for me. Once work started he kept me constantly updated, answered any questions I had promptly and completed all aspects of this job within the timeframe he specified.   Broken Front Door Yale Lock

  Nathan was able to attend really quickly which was great as my tenant could not close her front door so felt unsafe. While the work was carried out Nathan kept me updated and sent a video of the problem so I was clear as to exactly what was happening. He fixed it within one hour. I am hugely satisfied with the work done as is my tenant. Will definitely use this company again should the need arise.
