  fix security light outside

  I hired them to fix security light outside, as it was winter. They weren’t coming on. They were unable to do the job. They started doing other jobs in the house, and the time was pressing on. I asked was the cost going to be within the original quote. They said yes. When I got the bill it was massive. I paid it in full but was extremely unhappy.
